Polyline end caps and project notifications0.21.0

Add end caps to polylines and keep them in PDF exports. Project creation can now trigger a Slack notification through PostHog, filtered to a specific user.

Highlights

End caps for polylines

Pick start and end caps from the Polyline style controls, before drawing or on an existing markup. Caps appear in the drawing preview, remain selectable on the sheet and carry through flattened PDF exports. Polylength also keeps the caps chosen before a new run.

Project creation notifications

After a project and its creator's membership are saved, the server sends a creation event to PostHog. A Slack destination can match the creator's user ID to notify only for that person's projects.

Upgrade notes

No database migrations or feature flag changes.
Each environment uses its own NEXT_PUBLIC_POSTHOG_PROJECT_TOKEN and NEXT_PUBLIC_POSTHOG_HOST. Configure the Slack destination in the corresponding PostHog project.
Match project_created with source = layr-server. The event's Distinct ID is the creator's user ID; user_id and project_id are also included. Project names and document contents are not sent.

Known limits

Notifications are best effort, with a five-second send timeout and no retry. A delivery failure does not undo project creation.
The event confirms project creation, not that uploaded documents have finished processing.
