Print, Save PDF and Email now build the same PDF. You pick the pages and whose markups, a footer says what the file is, and a print is fitted to the paper. The outline's sheet collection and Settings' Email This Sheet are gone.
Export in the top bar offers Print, Save PDF and Email. ⌘P opens Print. Right-clicking a sheet prints, saves or emails that sheet with the settings you last used. All three build the same server PDF, so a printout, an attachment and a saved file are one document. Save opens the system save window in Chrome and Edge, with a name you can keep or change, including a folder synced from OneDrive or SharePoint. Other browsers save to Downloads. Email hands the attached PDF to Mail or Outlook through the share sheet.
The verb opens a page picker with the open page already ticked. Pages come from every document in the project: drawing sets by folder, spec books by section. A preview draws the markups that will go out. Arrow keys, the scroll wheel and the ‹ › buttons flip through the book, including pages inside a folded folder. Space, or the box beside the sheet number, ticks the page on show. The list can be dragged wider, and Collapse all / Expand all is on it. While the picker is open, the keyboard stays with the picker.
Yours go out by default. You can include everyone's markups on those pages, or tick people one by one. The server only draws layers that exist on the pages you picked. A teammate's markup is drawn, and their id is not written onto the PDF, so bringing the file back in cannot delete their markup.
A footer is on by default: one line along the bottom, upright on a rotated sheet. It says when, by whom, whose markups, the format, the project, the sheet, n of N, and, on a drawing-sized page, the size the scales are true at. Print fits every page to 11×17 (the default), letter, 24×36, or the sheet's own size, turned to match and never enlarged. When the fit is not full size, the footer says the scales are not true. In the browser's print dialog, pick that same paper and leave the scale at Default.
0.25.0.POST /api/projects/{id}/pdf-export accepts layers (mine, all, or a list of user ids), footer, and paper. The status poll checks that the finished export belongs to the caller and the project. Results from before those fields were recorded still pass.layr-export-settings-v1. Flattened versus editable still uses layr-collection-lock-v1, so a saved choice is kept. Named people are not remembered.
